    Must read

This book should be on the shelf of every home, church, office. I wish I had known about it when it was first written. Dr Hart writes clearly and in language that the novice can understand. It sheds light on the whole area of stress and how to understand the reasons why we become burnt out. It is good to read even if you have not succumbed to burn out so you can avoid it. A great, easy to read book with practical explanations and exercises to do. Essential for anyone in leadership or management to be warned about the need for relaxation verses rest and to be able to recognise warning signs in those they lead to avoid burnout. Dr Hart speaks from experience and has a heart for restoring people to those God designed them to be. He is a Christian but doesn't """"preach"""" in this book so it is ideal for passing on to anyone regardless of their faith or work situation. It has enough references to God in it to acknowledge His power in the healing process from a personal experience without presuming that all readers are Christians and understand this concept. It has helped me understand the difficult time I have had recently and that I am normanl but most of all that there is help. \\r\\nRead it. You won't be dissappointed.
