Great tips for anyone - the author points out that most people handle anger badly, but many don't acknowledge it as anger. You may be explosive or try to bury your anger, but neither is a healthy way to deal with it. He goes through how to manage anger, and gives end of chapter summaries. Also has advice for teaching children to manage their anger, and to deal with angry people, and anger at God.
