Essential reading for anyone with a daughter.

Like the counterpart 'Bringing up Girls' this book is exceptional and eye opening. So much thought, research and evidence has gone into writing this book and it is full of personal experience from Dobson's extensive career. What our girls are growing up in today is different to any other time in history and this book gives you a response other than letting culture and media have its way with their hearts. Essential reading for anyone with a daughter.

    Great reading

This book is a must have for all parents of girls. Dr Dobson strikes a perfect balance of research, biblical insight and personal experience to give valuable advice on the challenging task of raising girls in our modern world. As the mother of a newborn, I found the information very useful and will revisit it as my daughter grows and we reach new stages. There is something here for everyone regardless of whether your daughter is 4 or 14!
