    Provides great practical advice

If you going through unexpected or sudden change, this book will provide you with steps to cope. It will also challenge you to change your perspective. To see the hidden treasure in the circumstances. God would not have entrusted you with the situation, if He knew you wouldn't pull through. Change is inevitable, therefore, better to plan for the unexpected and be in control. Its all about how you walk through the transition, not necessary dealing with change itself.
