So many women today grapple with body image. Teenage girls starve themselves because they think they are fat. Older women explore the world of plastic surgery, desperately trying to turn back the clock. But more unfortunate is the woman suffering from poor "soul" image-the woman who can't see herself as beautiful even on the inside. ?"Do you think I'm beautiful?" is an emotionally and spiritually charged question. But it is one that Angela Thomas believes is universal to all women-whether they adamantly deny it or announce it each time they enter a room. Until a woman gives herself permission to ask this question, and until she asks the only One who can ultimately answer it, fulfillment will be elusive. This workbook allows readers to apply the lessons Angela has learned on her own feminine journey, as she asked this question, searching for an answer in all the wrong places. Excerpts from the book are paired with in-depth Bible study questions and ample space for recording thoughts

A study for women of all ages.

Am currently halfway through this study with two young women, I am 50+, they are more than twenty years younger. We find the book and study journal asks the hard questions that every woman should answer at some stage in her life. The author digs deep into the heart of every woman and encourages us to keep going, even if we find something too difficult to deal with, she tells us it is OK to leave it and come back later. This is a study about how the world sees us, how we see ourselves and most importantly how God sees us. \\r\\nBecause there is a lot of soul searching and digging deep, sometimes past a lot of hurts, we find meeting once a fortnight gives us plenty of time to read and reread, pray, wait and examine the truth about ourselves that God is getting us to come to grips with. We are committed to finishing the study and encouraging each other every step of the way. Author Angela Thomas encourages us to ask God the questions that most women keep buried deep inside all their lives! Four stars, only because we haven't finished yet!
