Emma collects orphans like a farmer's wife collects eggs. Nate is struggling to put the past behind him and move into the future, except where his heart is concerned - his past has closed the door on love forever, or so he thinks. Add to these two very likeable main characters a collection of delightful children, an evil doctor, forgiveness and faith and various twists and turns in the plot and you have a whole lot of excellent reading in a very small package. One that I recommend you opening and enjoying
