I've been starting each day with this book of prayers. I bought it because I have loved Scotty Smith's books (Restoring Broken Thing and Speechless). He's a man enamored by the love of Christ, what Jesus has done for us, and what it means to live with Jesus as our good and kind King. There's prayers for every day of the year, covering a huge range of issues. I constantly find God speaking right into my specific situations through them. This book has been an enormous blessing, and I cannot recommend it more highly.
