    Another great Maxwell Book

So much to take in and so many good practical things to apply. As this was the audio version I was doing other things while listening but I may listen to this again with a notepad handy. If you are a public speaker you will get a lot out of this book. Even if you are not everyone does communicate with others and you will definitely get some practical tips out of this book to use in your everyday communications with others.
