\\tI am not a huge fan of romance but I read this book (first novella of the pair) because I've read another book by Meredith and appreciated it and many of the AustralianNZ Christian authors in our FB group write in this genre. I'm trying both to support them and understand the context that I'm writing fiction in. \\r\\n\\r\\nThe earlier book I read by Meredith Resce book I really enjoyed the story but the writing was not yet 5 star. This book has reached that 5 star level. \\r\\n\\r\\nI give it 4 star because I'm still not that keen on romance and the novella format felt too short for me. \\r\\n\\r\\nIf you love romance and would love something very Australian (the context is Australian Rules football) then this book might be for you. I loved the glossary of Australian terms to help non-Aussies understand some of the culture. \\r\\nKeep writing Meredith. I'm hoping for some novels tackling some serious issues. This novella hinted at some that I would have loved to see developed.
