I was so thankful I bought this book. It confirmed what I had previously learnt about fasting and brought added revelation. An easy read. Motivated my own fast which resulted in blessing and victory. A must for every Christian to bring Jesus his reward.

Excellent fasting book
Reviewing Biblical fasts from the Old & New Testaments, this easy to read book sets out the motivations behind the fasts and the breakthroughs that happened as a result. It also applies those principles to our own lives, and gives practical examples of breakthroughs Jentezen has seen first hand in his own, heavily fasting-based ministry. It started off my own personal journey of fasting, and I have not looked back since. Being such a great read, it is also very inspiring & encouraging to review when one is fasting.
