a sincere approach to an important debate
The four views represented in this book are: young earth creationism; old earth creationism; theistic evolution; intelligent design. Although this topic is typically seen as technical, the four main essays are heartfelt and sincere--the authors appreciate the implications of the debate for evangelism, the authority of scripture, and other issues of greater importance. At least two authors mention the importance of unity despite disagreement on this topic, though this reader feels that more could have been said toward that end.
