While a little dated now, the research in this book helps lay a groundwork for how to think and engage with subsequent generations. This book helped me understand and minister to young adults - if only we had more volunteers to share in the heavy (but joyous) work of God's redemptive purposes! It addresses their fears, concerns, why they get disenfranchised by not in a way that pigeon holes everyone.
