This is part of a lovely series of children's books. It is a vibrant, small paperback book with lots of photos for the images. Each page has a photo and one or two lines of text. There are a diverse range of people in the photos, from different cultures. Examples of the pages are """"I need to sleep. God is so great he never sleeps. """" """"I can draw a bird, God is so great he made birds and fish and all the animals. """" It uses a familiar repetitive phrase of """"God is so great he. . . """" which I found successful for young children. There is also a linked verse from the bible (Psalm 104v1). Children aged 1- 4 would most benefit from this book, and its a great price for a nice little book. My children respond well to the photos of other children, and it covers some great truths about God and his greatness. This book encouraged some great conversations between me and my 3 year old about God, how powerful he is, and how he made the universe and everything in it out of nothing!

Great for toddlers
Small soft cover book which is full of colour photographs of children and nature. It compares what a child can do (I can. . . eg draw a sun ) with what God can do (eg God made the sun and the trees. . . with a corresponding picture). My toddler loves it, and the rest of the series. Has a Bible verse about God's greatness and a thank you on the last page. Communicates the concept clearly but at a level a small child can understand. Good to read out loud.

Part of a lovely series for young kids
This is part of a great little series and it is a real shame they don't sell this series as a collection or boxed set. The book has lovely photographs accompanied with one-two lines of text on each page. The book includes a lovely page with ideas for parents and links to relevant bible passages. This book explains why God is great through a series of age-appropriate examples, such as a child building a sandcastle - God is great because He made sand and He made us.
