    fun and endearing

In trademark Karen Witemeyer style, this sweet story combines humour, romance and faith in an easy-read, engaging novel. Adelaide is an endearing character who dreams of living out a novel-worthy romance, and that just might be what she gets!

    Delightful

This was an enjoyable read from start to finish. Karen Witemeyer writes masterfully and weaves a fun, sweet and joyful tale. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys books by Lynn Austin or Janette Oke.

    Entertaining reading

I absolutely loved this book. Karen Witemeyer has a way of writing that draws you into the story from the first page. You can feel the personality of her characters and feel like you are involved in their adventures. The dynamics between Adelaide, who becomes the nanny to Gideon's acquired daughter, and Gideon are hilarious yet still have depth. The relationship between Adelaide and Isabella the daughter is really special and touching. This is a real feel good book to read.

    Nice

This book was nice. I personally expected more, but in the end the book turned out a little on the bland side. I have read other books of Karen Witemeyer and enjoyed them very much. So for that reason I felt a little disappointed. It was a good story and an interesting plot, it just lacked a little spunk. . .
