Heart of Thunder (#02 in Aussie Sky Series)

In my review for the first book in this Aussie Sky Series, I mentioned I wanted to read more about these great characters. Now I want to read the next books even more! As much as I enjoyed Blaze in the Storm, I could not put this book down until I finished it. \\r\\n\\r\\nThis is the story of Beauty, a young sister of Blaze in Book One. By her aggressive behaviour this troubled teenager is trying to hide guilt and the belief she is unlovable. Despite the deep pain, anguish and longing for love that consumes her, she tries to convince folk how nasty she is. Only another teenage boy at school begins to see her real heart. Her brother, now a youth minister, has tried so many times to lead his sister to faith in God but has to discover God's ways are not man's ways. He and Bonnie satisfy the readers of their story in Book One by now becoming engaged. However, all is not well with their relationship as the young youth minister fails to keep his priorities right and allows the 'Tyranny of the Urgent"""" to lead him away from God's priorities. At first Beauty contributes to their problems. \\r\\n\\r\\nJenny Glazebrook is a wonderful writer and this book is an essential read for both teenagers and anyone seeking to serve God in any arena. Both books are """"stand alone"""" stories but best read in order.
