A Chatty Walk Through 2nd Chair Leadership
If you enjoy conversational style books, or are willing to dig for gold, then pick up this book. It was recommended to me to read as someone who needed some advice for leading under a higher boss. I can see why it was recommended yet -to be honest- it took me longer than normal due to the writing style. That said, there's some good thoughts hidden under lots of (North American) context-specific jokes, idioms and illustrations. I felt that this book could be shorter, more punchy and would benefit from a short summary or highlights after each chapter. \\nHelpful, yet verbose, for those wanting to think through leading through your influence.
