Eliseo Perez-Alvarez studied theology and philosophy in Mexico City, Atlanta, Chicago and Copenhagen. He has been professor, pastor, editor and coordinator for Hispanic Ministries in Mexico, USA, Puerto Rico and the Virgins Island.
