Not quite what i expected
I thought this book would contain more general advice about dealing with depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. I was hoping to pass it on to a non-Christian friend but felt it would not be well received by her. A perfectly fine book of encouragement for those already in a relationship with Jesus.
