    A book full of wisdom.

This book is a recommended read. It describes the ups and downs of Christian life in a way that young readers can imagine. As a young reader, I found it hard to get into, but once in, I loved it.

    Some misguided concepts

This book is mostly great. It gives a nice story of a walk of faith. But i was disappointed with some misleading concepts. There is a part in the story that implies that those who commit suicide go to hell and also after Little Christian was sorry for a wrong doing the angel still whipped him and Hopeful. This is not the God i know.

    Very Good!

Yes, I grew up in one of those Christian homes with parents that made you read """"Pilgrim's Progress"""" instead of other children's novels. There are many translations of """"The Pilgrim's Progress"""", but if you are wanting your child to understand it and relate to it, you'll need to get them the most appropriate one for their age. """"Little Pilgrim's Progress"""" is definitely the most worthwhile. I have read this myself at the age of 8, and I highly enjoyed it! It's a great buy!

    Highly Recommended

This is such a great book to read to your children to help them grasp the deeper issues of walking in Christ. Struggles, temptations and difficulties are presented as adventures to be faced and overcome. This is such a great resource to encourage faith and fearlessness. We bought a number of copies to give to friends and many of them gave us similar feedback. Highly Recommended.

    A must for young christians

I bought this book for two of my sons when they were 7 and 9 after a short-lived attempt to read John Bunyan's original classic (hard going!) My boys absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to get into bed each night to continue the adventure. Some scenes may be emotionally difficult for very sensitive children, so allow time to discuss and debrief after each chapter. I will definitely read this again to both my eldest and soon my youngest two children, as it just so perfectly captures the trials and tribulations that christians sometimes face in a world often hostile to Jesus, while offering us hope for this life and the next at the same time. It's currently out of print, so grab a copy now while you still can!
