I am a huge Karen Kingsbury fan but must admit this book left me feeling sad and disappointed. I felt the ending particularly in the area of the romance was potentially more a reflection of her real life daughter (who Baileys character is based on) than staying true to the character and relationships she had developed over the books leading up to this. It didn't seem to follow Karens normally style of writing, but did follow her daughters life story. Other people may enjoy it I just felt it wasn't her best and normally love her books
