NASB Ryrie Study Bible Indexed (Red Letter Edition)

I’m very happy with the Ryrie Study Bible itself, but my ordering experience with Koorong was disappointing.

I ordered it on Koorong’s website on 14/08/26.

At no point during checkout or afterwards was I told it was out of stock or on back order. After waiting a month with no word from Koorong, I contacted them and was then told it was a back order and would arrive at the end of September.

It finally arrived on 5/10/26, a few days later than expected because Australia Post delivered it to the wrong address.

I understand that products sometimes go out of stock, and I’m not upset about the delay itself. What disappointed me was the lack of communication. Had the back order been shown at checkout, or had Koorong emailed me, I would have known what to expect. If I had needed this Bible urgently, I would have explored other options rather than waiting almost two months.

I’d encourage Koorong to show back-order status clearly at checkout and to immediatelly communicate to customers when an order will be delayed.
