Excellent advice
This book is good advice if you like straight answers, without all the emotional fuss that normally comes with relationship books. You can read a chapter and take immediate action, and you can focus on the important chapters first. It articulates many ideas in plain language, but still gives solid reasons for why some thoughts and actions are more helpful than others.
