This book is a powerful read, sharing in such a compelling way the true results and the long lasting effects that can come through pre-marital sex and the emotional baggage and trauma that couples will be left with. It tackles abortion in such a powerful way, following the lives of the couple involved and how their decision for intimacy and their decision to abort the baby they conceived effected the rest of their lives. \\r\\nIt is not written in a judgemental way but is eye opening. \\r\\nI would love every teenage girl to read this,\\r\\nI commend the author on tackling such a hard subject with such clarity, honesty but also compassion

I have never a read a book like this before especially on a topic about abortion, such a sensitive subject that we all need to learn more about, its very important to remember that God makes no mistakes. This is a very powerful meaningful book with so many messages it's about making the right decisions,""""serving and loving God one and the same"""" I quote from the book which can only come by being connected to Jesus and the Holy Spirit helps by guidance. This is my second book I have read of Karen Kingsbury such a talented and gifted author and I must say she delivers everything you need to know about abortion, I thoroughly enjoyed it, even though it is very sad. This book is about hope, confessing the truth, forgiveness, faith, the power of love, making the right choices and so much more. I would recommended this book to anyone to read it offers so much, once you start reading this book you don't want to put it down. I borrowed this book and I would read this again.

Life is all about the choices we make and the effects those choices have, on people around us, our future, our emotions and even the way we live our lives. \\r\\n\\r\\nThis story introduces us to Brad and Laura, a golden couple, a few weeks out from their wedding. But Brad needs forgiveness for a previous choice before he can move on to this next chapter of his life. Laura wants to know why he should choose to 'come clean' now about his past and go in search of his 'first love'. \\r\\n\\r\\nNine years prior, Brad and Emma made a choice that had a devastating effect on both their lives. Emma never understood why Brad didn't stand by 'the love of his life' and she has been unable to move on, reliving the tragedy of that one decision and keeping her memories in a cardboard box. \\r\\n\\r\\nDo you ever wish you could go back and do a day over again? I think we all do, but unfortunately that doesn't happen in the real world. For Brad and Emma they had to seek God's forgiveness, and then forgive themselves for the choices they had made - not an easy thing to do, but with God all things are possible. \\r\\n\\r\\nThis book is so well written, Karen brings to it such affinity with each character that you know she must have had some life experience with the subject matter. In her closing comments Karen reveals a choice she once made, and then you understand how this moving and heartfelt novel came about. I would definitely consider this a piece of 'life changing fiction'. More please…
