One of the weaker books on Evangelism

In Chapter 1, Fay shares a snippet of his life before Christ and His conversion. Chapter 2 challenges the reader to wonder whether their lack of evangelism is in fact, sinful. Chapter 3 states that one is required to evangelize and fear is no barrier, for one's source of strength is supernatural in nature, not by one's one strength. Chapter 4 formulates five specific questions as the basis for evangelistic encounters according to the author: """"Do you have any kind of spiritual beliefs? To you, who is Jesus Christ? Do you think there is a heaven or hell? If you died, where would you go? If heaven, why? If what you are believing is not true, would you want to know?"""". Chapter 5, emphasizes the need for the Scriptures to be the source of all knowledge when it comes to sharing the saving gospel of Jesus. In Chapter 6 """"commitment"""" questions are created for those willing to take the next step. Chapter 7, Fay creates a list of what to do when one receives Christ. Chapter 8 has Fay responding to thirty-six common objections whey unbelievers don't accept the gospel invitation. In Chapters 9 and 10, the importance of non-Christian friends is taught. Lastly, Chapter 11, encourages the reader to go forth and evangelize like Fay has. Sadly, overall, there is too much of the experiential here and it is hard to connect with the author or find much originality. At times, it is superficial and lacking scriptural authenticity. There are better books on this subject matter. Not…

    Doesn't quite deliver

Bill Fay wants every Christian to share their faith, easily. To help, he has come up with five probing questions that are """"easy"""" to ask anyone, without offense. The book contains some useful tips, but doesn't really deliver on the promise to make evangelism a less terrifying task. \\r\\n
