Well, it's a bit of a strange one, but a lovely. easy to read Christmas romance, nice and light, so you can pick it up and read a bit here and there amongst the busyness of the Christmas season. Malcolm falls in love at first sight and woos Alanza in 12 days, bringing a gift for each day leading up to Christmas whilst faithfully expecting a wedding by the end of January. Sounds unusual, but Lena Nelson Dooley somehow makes it work, with lots of faith talk set into little sermonettes throughout the story. I enjoyed it, and it was a cute romance, with some twists. Even when you've only got twelve days, there can still be upheavals. Interesting plot line, well written and definitely worth a look.
