    Turned my life around

After being treated for suspected heart condition, I discovered that my problem was anxiety and stress, not my heart at all. This book explains in plain english, the processes that happen in our bodies when we are stressed, which helped me understand what was actually happening to me. The very practical strategies about how to deal with stress along with the spiritual strategies were very do-able. Being a strong person, I had always had a particular idea about what anxiety was, but oh, how wrong I was!! Dr Hart the author, had anxiety himself and so this book is the product of his journey - it's real, his own research - not something from a text bookI I very rarely have anxiety attacks but when I do I have some very workable strategies to help me through it quickly. \\r\\nIf you are struggling with anxiety and stress, this book is definitely worth reading.
