Mark Boda is an excellent scholar one who know how the Bible has been exegeted down throughout history and who has a very great knowledge in this area of the Bible. As with all NICOT commentaries they get the best of the best to write these and they are always a masterpiece of work and that is exactly what you get here in this commentary. Mr Boda is in tune with biblical theology and well rooted in the history and genera of the minor prophets.
