    Fabric of Faithfulness

Garber's enlightening and erudite analysis of American Christian tertiary students and the navigation of their faith through the university years and beyond is essential reading for anyone interested in this critical phase of transition. A generation of potential world changers for Christ are challenged and confronted to the very core of their Christian being during these critical years and for many their university years are marked by the erosion of their Christian faith rather than the establishment of a distinctively Christian world and life view. Garber's thesis is expertly woven around three fundamental principles - namely that those who """"keep the faith"""" during these years and beyond invariably and without exception have developed a clearly articulated Christian world and life view; have seen this worldview incarnated in a lecturer and/or significant other; and are connected to a community of like minded people who share similar worldview perspectives. This book is essential reading for every Christian tertiary student and for anyone who works with or ministers to university students. An outstanding, well written and very thought provoking read. . . I highly recommend it!
