The Goodbye Bride (#02 in Summer Harbor Series)

It is a fun happy story, however it took a while for me to get hooked into the story line. Rather than the author creating empathy for the characters, she had me resenting Lucy, the bride, and wishing that Zac would just dump her a get rid of her already. However, about halfway through you start to feel empathetic and are drawn into the story and truly want the happy ending to come about. \\r\\nIt did have a twist at the end which was a nice touch, and not completely happy ending for all the characters.

Quite an interesting story. Will Lucy ever get her memory back? And if she does, will she run from Zac again? The susepense kept me turning the page; I finished it in two sittings. For some reason I always knew that they'd end up together. But it's the story in between that kept me intrigued. Lucy's fiance comes back and tries to have her back in his life. All the while Lucy is remembering little things about her past. The puzzle pieces are starting to fall into place. How will it end? Up tp you to find out.

The Callahan boys! Denise Hunter has written a great follow on for the Callahan story. Zac's fiance left a week before their wedding but he doesn't know why. \\r\\nUnexpected a call comes from Lucy and she needs his help! She doesn't remember getting engaged to another man. Can Zac put aside the hurt and 'unknown' and help her get her memory back?\\r\\nLoved the story and the recovery. Was so good to read more of Beau Callahan and Eden's story too. \\r\\nYou'll enjoy a weekend with a Book and Chocolate with this one!
