    Honest book

This is not a """"how-to"""" book in a pastoral ministry, rather it's a reflection from an imperfect pastor. \\r\\n\\r\\nThe best thing about this book is its honesty. Eswine tells the imperfection of pastoral position in a """"matter-of-fact"""" fashion. While other books for pastor may push us to do big things for God, this book tells you the danger in that desire. \\r\\n\\r\\nMoreover, this book shares pastoral temptations and reshaping our ambition to a new one while discovering our limitations as pastors. \\r\\n\\r\\nOverall, it's a very enjoyable read and highly recommended for anyone in a ministry leadership position. \\r\\n\\r\\n5 ouf of 5
