If you loved C S Lewis's Narnian series and J R R Tolkein's The Hobbit you will really enjoy this book too. Written before the other two series this book for children is another fantasy with a message of God's love, grace and protection woven in among the tale of princesses, goblins, fantasy creatures and of course a hero. It is a fairly easy read for primary age children. I loved it
