Great book
A really inspiring book on the Amish culture. Definitly a five star read, and that goes for the other two book in the trilogy as well! Go Beverly Lewis!

Essential Reading
This novel keeps you enthralled. Very hard to put it down. I felt that I was living with the Amish while reading this novel. The history that Beverly Lewis portrays is just great

Great book worth the read
This was a great book. So worth the read. i couldn't put it down. \\r\\n\\r\\nEVERYONE READ THIS BOOK. \\r\\n\\r\\nIt is so informative about the Amish community and is so factual. I saw a program after reading the Shunning about the Amish and everything in the book was correct. \\r\\n\\r\\nRead this book and then read the next two after it. The Confession and The Reckoning.
