A Helpful Book That Shows the Importance and Relevance of Greek to Pastoral Ministry

In this helpful book, David Alan Black argues for the importance of learning New Testament Greek, especially for people who are preachers and teachers of the Scriptures. He also shares various Greek reference tools that ministers can use and consult such as lexicons, concordances, theological dictionaries, the Greek text(s), etc. What is very helpful is Black's method of New Testament exegesis based on the Greek text upon which one can then build his homiletical outline. Although somewhat dated, this book will still prove helpful for the beginning student of New Testament Greek and the pastor who wants to preach the New Testament based on the Greek text. Highly recommended!
