Waking the Dead

I first knew of John Eldredge through 'Wild at Heart', although the first book I read of theirs was 'Captivating', co-authored by his wife, Stasi Eldredge. I loved 'Captivating' and became an even greater fan of his work in 'Waking the Dead'. In this book, John invites us to see how living in 'the four streams' (counseling, discipleship, deliverance, and healing) for a more abundant life and thus bring the most Glory to God. \\r\\n\\r\\nGod created us in His image with a glory that reflected His glory. We fell and life is now hard. We lose our joy as we just try to survive and make it through the week. With practical and Biblical insight, John calls us closer to Jesus, live in the four streams and wake the dead. I really enjoyed it with lots of highlighting. I hope you will too! :)
