    Practical help with real tips and solutions

    Doctor Colbert points out the hope that as we understand the way that Jesus ate, and all of the nutritional benefits of eating whole and unprocessed foods; a mediterrean lifestyle - that we can improve our health. He quotes from the bible and levitical law to give as insight into the eating habits of Jesus himself. He divides up what Jesus ate into food groups and then addresses them individually ie proteins that Jesus ate, fats that Jesus ate, and so forth. \\r\\nArmed with his practical help, Don gives real tips and solutions. Whilst it is not a recipe book, he does give a few simple recipes such as how to make hummus and Ezekiel bread. Also a 7 week menu plan with suggestions on how to start eating a healthier mediterrean diet is included at the rear of the book. The good thing about Don is that he is not happy to just educate us on why we need to improve our diets, but he continues with his book to shepherd his readers into greener pastures, so that they have the tools to arrive at such a destination. \\r\\n\\r\\nPrint: These seem to be a mass produced book and I have found after purchasing two separate copies of this same book that the quality of the printing has been poor at times, ie the paper quality is not very white, but brownish. The font is large, clear and mostly easy to read though. \\r\\n
