    If health matters to you, read this!

    This book is written by a vascular surgeon and he explains ways in which we can take preventative steps to prevent heart disease and strokes. It is written simply ans clearly- easy for any layman to understand. Easy reading. Although some points may seem repetitive the message is clear. Foods to eat and avoid are practical. LDL and HDL also explained.
