    Brilliant resourse

    This little book is full of easy and practical strategies. I loved that they made sense and are backed up by Caroline Leaf's knowledge of the mind and brain. I found the suggestions really simple to impliment as they only really required minimal changes to my lifestyle. It is an easy little book to have with you and read a few pages at a time.

    Excellent Resource

    In a world where it seems like everyone is under a great deal of stress, this little book has helpful tips and tricks to help you deal with those stressful times. I recommend this book to those who are wanting to implement new strategies when they are under stress or if they are wanting to teach others on how to do so. This book would also be a cute gift idea.
