Short and Concise
Just like the title says. This is a little book on the Christian life. Pretty short and concise. Calvin talks about:\\n1. Scripture's call to Christian living\\n2. Self-denial in the Christian life\\n3. Bearing our cross is a part of self-denial\\n4. Meditation on our future life\\n5. How the present life and its comforts should be used

Highly Recommended Book
A Little Book on the Christian Life, by John Calvin is a great book for understanding the christian life and what it means to be a true believer. \\r\\nI highly reccomend this book to all christians!

A Great Reminder
Truly, this is a little book; however, strongly impacting. Calvin is known to be one of the greatest theologians in church history as well as a great teacher of doctrine. However, Calvin reminds us that we can lose ourselves in learning doctrine but not living it. In this small book Calvin examines what the true Christian looks like; and reminds the reader that true doctrine does not sit only in the head, but goes down to the heart, which, in the end, brings fruitful Christian living. Warmly recommend this small book!

For every Christian
This little book, taken from Calvin's institutes, has been used by christians as a guide for life for hundreds of years and there is a reason why. Calvin's scriptural and logical intellect presents the christian life in a way that you can pick up and apply everyday. \\r\\nI would recommend this book for all christians as it is easy to read and gives a solid framework from which to view life.
