This book would be a nice bible stories book for a baby or toddler. It is well written with simple text for young children. Each double page is a story, which is told through only a couple of sentences of text and a large, colourful picture. The book is durable, with sturdy thick pages and a padded cover. The selection of bible stories covers Old and New Testaments. The stories are: In the Beginning; Noah's Ark; Daniel and the Lions; Jonah and the Big Fish; Jesus is born; The three Wise Men; Jesus heals the sick; The Good Shepherd; God Cares; The Kind Man; Jesus feeds the crowd; Jesus calms the storm; Jesus is Loved. It was a little bit of a shame that the last story (Jesus is Loved) describes his entrance into Jerusalem and then the book ends. While the kids like it, as adults we thought it kind of ended prematurely and needed an additional page to cover the events of Good Friday and Easter!

Durable and cute
This book I got for my friend who just had a baby. It's a great gift. The book is a padded board, so it is soft as well as being durable. The pictures are well illustrated.

Terrible -missed the most important part
I was gifted this baby bible. It is a farce to even call it a Bible, because it stops abruptly at Jesus' entrance into Jerusalem. What about His death and resurrection??? Without this, our faith is worthless. I threw it out.

Baby's first bible
This is a well written first bible for a baby. The pictures are nice and the book is well made and durable. The stories are worded in an age appropriate way. Each bible story emphasises God's love. The book would be a nice gift for a christening or dedication.
