Believer's Bible Commentary 2016 Revised (2nd Edition)

I researched many commentaries before purchasing one to support my academic studies. This one is fantastic, with easy to read commentary and the added bonus of the whole bible covered. My recommendation would be if you want something easy to understand, that gives perfect insight into the exegesis of the bible, This is the commentary for you.

The Believer's Bible Commentary is well written and easy to follow. The text is not overly complicated and font size is terrific; even for tired eyes. \\r\\nThere are very detailed and informative introductions and endnotes throughout. \\r\\nWhilst The Believer's Bible Commentary is written from a conservative point of view, one might suggest recommend that it's a handy reference for moderates progressives wishing to engage with an alternative point of view. \\r\\n

This commentary is excellent for the laymen as its not over complicated with scholarly arguments and historical critical interpretation. It follows the bible in a more conservative protestant interpretation, therefor the commentary is good for those who want a more conservative approach to scripture.
