Eight Bible stories are depicted in intense colour and comic, cartoony illustrations. There is a sentence or two explaining the scene at the top, and then details to spot, mistakes to find and questions to answer along the sides of the picture. Did Noah's workmen REALLY have power tools? How many rabbits are in the picture? Children will love scouring the detail to find the answers and spot more amusing detail in the busy artwork of Emiliano Migliado. Stories are: Noah and the Ark, Crossing the Red Sea, The Fall of Jericho, David and Goliath, Jonah and the Big Fish, Feeding the 5,000, Man Through the Roof.

    Look and find

This book was okay. It is a 'look and find' style book, however is quite short only 8 stories (8 double page spreads). Each 'story' has about 2-3 sentences covering very briefly the story. There is then a bright image depicting part of the story, with things you have to spot - noted in the border. Some of the things to 'spot' are actually interesting for kids e. g. Workmen on the ark using power tools (were they available, how would it really have been built) - and can be used to trigger conversation, however other are very random and in many ways detracting from the story.

    Kids favourite

My 6 yo and 4yo love this book. We read the bible with it and then use the pictures to recount the stories. \\r\\nWish there was another one written!

Disappointed that Santa and the Rock band Kiss are in it. So much potential

Disappointed that Santa and the Rock band Kiss are in it. So much potential. I bought 3 of these, hoping to give them to some Godchildren, but having Jesus and Santa on the same page while jesus is healing is just SO WRONG! I plan on CUTTING OUT the section where Santa is, and where the rock band Kiss are, when Jericho walls are falling down. So much potential otherwise. Once I cut out those two pictures, totally wrecking the book, then the rest of it is great!
