    Good Training Resource

This is a good solid book on eldership. Rinne talks about how the church is best governed through the eldership model and how this model looks at a local church context. \\r\\n\\r\\nRinne talks about how elders are really pastors. There are aspects of elders that really function in pastoral ministry. Moreover, Rinne also gives lots of practical examples on how to minister effectively as an elder. \\r\\n\\r\\nThis is a good and biblical book on the case for eldership. It'd be a great resource to train elders on. \\r\\n\\r\\n4 out of 5
