Not recommended
This is a visually well presented devotional book for the advent season. I purchased it to read with my children in the lead up to Christmas. Unfortunately it is very much aimed at the American reader with its examples and content. It is a light hearted devotional that skims over the truths of scripture. I was disappointed with this book as it did not portray the real joy and deep meaning of Christmas.

December devotional
This small hardback book is full of gorgeous images and text. Each day in December has a different theme for the reader to think about and apply to their christmas journey. This is a wonderful gift idea for males or females and also a great choice for a couples christmas devotional.
