Dry Bones and Other Fossils

This hardcover book is illustrated with cartoon type pictures on each page and has a question and answer type conversation between a father and children. It is full of so much fantastic information about the bible, Noah's flood, history, fossils, creation, showing that evolution does not line up with the scientific evidence, etc. It is quite a long book, it has 6 chapters, and with my 5 year old we took it one chapter each day. She did find it really interesting and wants to hunt fossils, collect rocks and become a scientist from this book. A great resource for world history and science. It is a little hard to read aloud with the constant dialogue, but was still well worth the read. It does feel a bit vintage, because it was written in 1979, which is obvious in the illustrations, but the info is still really relevant. Recommend for 5-12 year olds.
