    Excellent

Very helpful in relaying to the reader how looking to other things apart from God for comfort and satisfaction, in this case food, will leave us sick, tired, burdened and unfulfilled. Only Jesus can fill that emptiness and truly satisfy. Gives practical advice on succeeding in this spiritual battle for satisfaction.
