Great For teenage women who want to gorlify God.

What a read! I encourage every teenage sister in Christ to read this. Whether you have become a Christian recently or have known about Jesus for long time it's still appropriate. It touches on so many points! If you are wondering what being a Christian looks like, here is a book to to find that. \\r\\nActual rating: 4. 5

Well targeted to the teenage audience

I remember when I read this book as a teenager, I actually really struggled to get into it for whatever reason, however the one thing that suck with me is how throughout the book it refers to 'The Vine and the Branches' and how we need to be connected to Jesus. \\r\\nThe book is great in the way it discusses the practical outworkings of the gospel, of a life connected to the vine. It discusses grace, salvation through faith rather than works, and the practical outworking of that all through stories and lack of too much 'adult Christian jargon'. \\r\\nLooking back on this book, it covers a lot of the major areas of life that a teenage girl cares about, relationships with guys, friendships, 'knowing herself' - making it applicable to a teenager to read. It may not have the theology 100% at all times, but the foundation is there, and I think it is a good start to help develop the right mindset and good habits in the way of living as the Holy Spirit works to cement the gospel into the heart of the young women reading the book with the continuous reminder that what is most important is staying connected to God and loving him with all our being.
