Great idea, but didn't enjoy it

This large soft cover book is very attractive, I like the images, and the extra facts that were given along side the rhyming story. The price is really good too. However, I found the rhyming story pretty awkward to read out loud. I also struggled with the biblical inaccuracies - the book is about the 7 days of creation, but has cars and planes and other man made things throughout the illustrations. It also says god made rainbows, but pretty sure that didn't come till the flood. And it talks about God forming us individually from the dirt, but he only did that to Adam, everyone else came from him. I understand that some people would be okay with this creative licence, but I was not willing to read this to my kids because it gave them too much false information. Such a pity as it is a really attractive book, and could have been great.
