God's Way is Always Best: A Child's First Book About Marriage

What a great resource for teaching children about marriage. It deals with all the basic stuff, but also covers how sometimes our countries laws make marriage different than God's laws (man marrying man, a man having multiple wives, etc. ), that marriage is a covenant, and points to the bigger picture of Jesus and the church, dealing with divorce and loving people who don't hold the same view as God on marriage, the marriage is about commitment not just feeling in love, etc. I thought it touched on all the main points, in a child friendly way. Its an attractively illustrated book, easy to get through in one sitting, or to take in smaller chunks if you want to dive deeper into each point. There are bible verses linked to most of the pages, and some parent info in the back. My 6 year old daughter really enjoyed it, I would recommend it for children especially in the 5-9 age range, and is a great resource for building stronger families and instilling biblical views of marriage in our children.
