At the core of Christianity is belief in the gospel of Jesus Christ. But how should the gospel affect our lives *after* we believe? And how can we speak gospel truths into everyday issues of life? In this book, experienced pastor and speaker Jeff Vanderstelt shows how all people-Christians and non-Christians alike-need to hear the gospel on a regular basis. Teaching believers what it looks like to become truly "fluent" in the gospel so that it becomes a natural part of our everyday conversations, Vanderstelt shows how the good news of Jesus is our only hope for every aspect of our lives.

    On Point

Not many books are put in such a way that leaves you with the ability to go and live it out immediately, this book is one of them. Jeff very clearly outlines the beauty of the gospel while showing the absolute practical nature of it. It removes the myth that the gospel is only for the unbeliever and that it has no implications for your ongoing life. This truth is liberating and will hopefully compel you to do something with it. I could not recommend this book more! Do yourself a favour. . . read it.

    Refreshingly Simple

Some of the best insights into ministry and discipleship are the ones that seem patently obvious when you hear about them - """"I knew that all along!"""" Jeff Vanderstelt's strength is in clear communication and helping us see that, while we think we often know the gospel, practically we act as if we didn't believe it. In Gospel Fluency, Vanderstelt leads you through unconscious incompetence, to conscious incompetence, before then equipping you with the tools to begin becoming 'fluent' in the gospel - speaking it into everyday lives easily. \\r\\nThrough his warm and gentle style, Vanderstelt will help you recapture the gospel not just as the means of our initial salvation, but the ongoing tool for discipleship and growth.
