Filled with simple, bright illustrations, this board book is just the right fit for toddlers! This book contains 10 theological definitions for young children to learn, with an explanation for each heading. These include God, Man, Rebellion, Punishment, Jesus, Perfect man, Sacrifice, Resurrection, Response, and Eternal life. I think these are important biblical truths to impart into children from a young age. My younger children, 2 and 4 enjoy this.

I love the illustrations in this book, and it is a beautiful strong board book, that is really nice quality. I love the way it takes 10 important words from the gospel: God, man, rebellion, punishment, Jesus, perfect man, sacrifice, resurrection, response, eternal life. It gives concise definitions of each of these terms and is a great way to introduce your child to some important theology!! My only criticism is that it feels a little like reading a dictionary rather than a story. I think it has worth in your book shelf, but so far it is not a favourite with my children. For 1-6 years old.

Simple primer on foundation of gospel from Genesis to Revelation, one word with a short and simple explanation on each double page. Simple pictures, many but not all are engaging for a toddler. Only qualm with the wording of Jesus coming for """"God's people"""" rather than all people.
